Programmable Cutting Parameters - ESAB fully integrates process and cutting equipment with our state-of-the-art Vision CNC controller and Columbus programming & nesting software. All plasma cutting parameters - gas and water flows, peirce time, speed, kerf, height control and cutting amperage, etc. - are consistent, repeatable cut quality. Manually choose parameter sets or allow the part program to call up multiple sets for completely automated set up.

Patented Single Torch Cutting & Marking - Eliminate the need for a dedicated plasma marking system with the PT-24 Precision Plasma troch. Integration of the CNC and flow control permits automatic switching from high-amp cutting to low-amp marking in seconds.
Patented Plasma Pre-Stop - This feature shuts off the plasma cutter arc at the precise moment the cut ends to assure smooth leadouts and eliminate blemishing of the cut surface.
