After years of rugged use, some machines are ready to be retired. But sometimes all you need is a little upgrade. Perhaps you need a new Computer Numerical Control, longer rails, more torches, faster speed, greater accuracy, or additional processes.
Understanding that buying a new machine is not always feasible or justifiable, ESAB offers you some options that can “rekindle an old flame.”
Most ESAB Cutting Systems retrofit packages can be done on-site, right in your plant. Based on your requirements, ESAB will configure a package to include, as necessary:
These are original ESAB systems, fully integrated package-tested upgrades that we know will work as designed.
Some machine require upgrade so extensive that they are best done at our factory. ESAB can re-manufacture your machine to new specifications and capabilities. Limited custom engineering is also possible during remanufacture of your equipment.
The unit is shipped to our facility, disassembled and updated to meet your requirements. All components are cleaned and, if necessary, repainted. Wiring, hoses, and parts that show signs of wear are replaced with new, original ESAB parts.
