Plumbing Box Fault Plasma ST-1

Plasma didn't fire.

1. Check Pilot Arc Relay, Fuses and Resistors in the Power Supply.
2. Check Consumables and Correct Assembly.
3. Check high freq. (more info)
4. Check for Open Circuit  Voltage on Plasma Power Supply.
5. Check PLC inputs and outputs on the ESP flow control.
6. PCM 1500 PS,  PCC12 Plumbing box, Check Cooling Water and Interlock Switch.
7. Check for Proper Grounding
8. Check if torch will fire above water and not below.  If it fires above then, check for dirty water in table and weak high freq.  (more info)  Check for Proper Mounting of torch and air curtain.
9. Check torch leads and connections and between power supply and plumbing box.
10. Verify the remote/panel  switch is set to panel position and set current from power source.
