Program extent too large

The extent of the program for automatic processing is larger than the current working range, or the starting point (program zero point) is located at the wrong place within the working range.

The program extent can also exceed the limits because of incorrect scaling.

However, the program can be executed until it reaches the software limit switch.

Check scale and rotation on automatic setup screen.

Make sure program size doesn't exceed working area.  You can go to the editor to verify maximum X and maximum Y.
